Hi, I’m Lindsay — wife, mom of four, and the baker behind Slow Your Roll Bread Co.

I’ve been baking for more than 10 years, and what started as something I loved doing for my family eventually became something I wanted to share with others. I started Slow Your Roll Bread Co. in 2019, baking sourdough from my home kitchen.

For me, sourdough is about more than bread. I love the process—the slowing down, working with your hands, and turning a few simple ingredients into something really good.

And as much as I love baking bread for people, I really love teaching people how to make it themselves. My goal is to take the intimidation out of sourdough and show you that you really can make beautiful bread in your own kitchen.

You’ll also find a few of my favorite things in the shop—beautiful, useful pieces that I genuinely love, created by other small businesses and makers. I love being able to support other small businesses while sharing things that fit the simple, cozy lifestyle behind Slow Your Roll.
